Konina: Gorge, Waterfall and Highland Culture

Konina is distinguished by striking natural features, named trails, and its own highland traditions. The stream Potok Konina forms an interesting gorge in its valley. Koński Banior waterfall is another local attraction. Trails lead from Konina and Polana Potasznia to destinations such as Borek Pass, Rzeki, and Turbacz. Traditional buildings and the Zagórzan dialect, still spoken today, add a cultural dimension to the landscape.

The gorge is part of the landscape along Potok Konina; Koński Banior adds a second, clearly named natural landmark. The second is therefore 4.17 kilometres longer than the first.
