Along the way, you pass castles, characteristic carréboerderijen, churches, chapels and buildings made from typical Kunradersteen. Wine, landscapes and Klimmen-Ransdaal railway station

The Mergellandroute driving route, which passes through Ransdaal, offers a second perspective on the region. In the Land van Kalk, the approximately 8-kilometre Route des Vins Winthagen also passes three vineyards. Information boards focus on the businesses, terroir, grape varieties, types of wine and winemaking. The Ransdaal site of Wijngaard St. Martinus on the Kalkberg is part of this route.

The railway station makes Ransdaal easily accessible; its original station building from 1913 is still standing. The station building was constructed in a traditional style based on a design by the architect G.W. van Heukelom. The former station building is also home to Happy Frites Ransdaal, a visitor-friendly snack bar.
