The Nevidio Canyon is located in Pošćenje, and the village also has a waterfall. The picturesque Pošćenjska Lakes contribute to the distinctive character of Pošćenje’s landscape.

Eco Village Nevidio is located in Pošćenje, 450 metres from the main road connecting the Bay of Kotor with Belgrade via Žabljak. It is the last stop before the Nevidio Canyon. Eco Village Nevidio offers accommodation in nine mountain huts; depending on their size, the huts accommodate four or six guests.

Nature

The Dragišnica and Komarnica Nature Park overlaps with the cadastral area of Pošćenje and has Category III protection status under Montenegro’s national regulations. Near Pošćenje, the Grabovica River joins the Komarnica approximately 1.5 kilometres north of the village. Brown trout and grayling are found in the Komarnica around Pošćenje.

Activities

Eco Village Nevidio offers a two-hour Village Hiking Route. Bicycles are rented out for mountain biking, and mapped mountain trails are provided. The Jatak–Skok–Pošćenje–Skakavica route is a hiking trail.

Crossing the Nevidio Canyon generally takes 3–4 hours. Canyoning in Nevidio should be undertaken with an experienced guide and suitable equipment. Eco Village Nevidio also offers a three-hour Nevidio canyoning route, including guides.

Cuisine

The Eco Village Nevidio menu includes kačamak with sour milk, lamb in milk, traditional smoked sausage with boiled potatoes, and cicvara. Etno Selo Nevidio serves homemade dishes prepared with local ingredients.

Culture

The stećci in Pošćenje are located in the village cemetery. Visitors can see a displaced, elongated stone chest stećak with unusual decoration there.
