Remich on the Moselle: Vineyards, Culture and Trails

Remich lies on the banks of the Moselle in a valley surrounded by vineyards to the south and east and a large forest to the north. Culture in the Old Streets

The deanery church of Remich is also protected as a national monument. Its tower was originally built as a watchtower.

The wines of the Luxembourg Moselle are also part of the local character. The Caves Krier Frères range includes quality wines from the nine grape varieties grown in its own winegrowing area, as well as sparkling wines, Crémants and other specialities. Caves Krier Frères has been active as a winegrower and wine merchant in the Luxembourg Moselle valley for four generations. Domaine Mathis Bastian is a family-run winery in the Luxembourg Moselle region. The family has cultivated vineyards for five generations, including Remich Primerberg and Goldberg as well as Wellenstein Foulschette and Kurschels.
