Nuraghi and olive oil production in Sini

The Sini area is home to seven nuraghi, which form part of its prehistoric heritage. As part of the Sagra de “Su pani Saba”, on 25 April the bride is dressed at Sa Moba de Aiaiu for a reenactment of “Sa Coja Antiga”, or the groom is seen off. The reenactment at Sa Moba de Aiaiu complements the history of olive oil with a festive custom. In the reenactment, the focus is either on the dressed bride or the groom being seen off.
