Rondissone between culture and nature

The Isolotto del Ritano (Dora Baltea) Natura 2000 site also includes Rondissone. Alongside historic buildings and traces of former fortifications, this connection with nature is also present in the town.

Religious buildings and a restored organ

The parish church of Saints Vincent and Anastasius was built in the Baroque style between 1759 and 1763. Its organ was recently restored. The Chapel of the Beata Vergine delle Grazie was built in the 18th century. At the parish church, the Baroque period of construction and a recently restored furnishing element can therefore be viewed together. Those interested in culture will find the parish church, the chapel and the preserved archway within the town itself as specific historical destinations.

Traces of the fortress in the Castello district

A square fortress once stood in the highest part of Rondissone. Of the former fortification, only an archway remains at the entrance to a narrow street in the Castello district. The former fortress has therefore not been handed down as a complete complex, but is connected to a specific location in Rondissone through this single surviving remnant.

Cycle Route No. 7 and the circular route

Cycle Route No. 7 of the Parco del Po Torinese runs through Rondissone. It forms a complete circular route along the section of the Dora Baltea located within the park and starts and ends in Borgo Revel. Those planning the circular route can plan the return journey along the same route, as Borgo Revel marks both the start and the end.
