Churches, monastery and distinctive details

In the Chiesa Santa Maria Assunta in the municipality of Belmonte Calabro, the high altar features an oil painting on canvas by Francesco Basile from 1794–1795 depicting the Assumption of Mary. The side altar of the Blessed Sacrament there features an oil painting on canvas by Nicola Domenico Menzele from 1777.
