Culture and History
The manor house in Halimba, built in the Neoclassical style in the mid-19th century, is now used as a cultural centre. The stone village cross on Halimba's main street was erected in 1892.

The memorial house of the Dr. Szalai Miklós Herbal Garden features an exhibition about Szalai Miklós's life and work. The Dr. Szalai Miklós Gyógynövényeskert, Bemutató- és Oktatóközpont preserves the heritage of the priest Szalai Miklós, who worked in Halimba, and supports the revival, presentation and dissemination of the herbal traditions associated with Halimba and the surrounding area as a whole; the garden also houses a diverse living collection of medicinal plants.

Nature and Geology
Tormás-kút is a densely overgrown, marshy area a few hundred metres north of the centre of Halimba. Bótos-kő is an illustrative example of rock erosion and features an arched rock formation.

The Dr. Szalai Miklós memorial house and herb garden are considered open to visitors year-round; usually, a staff member is present in the garden on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., although deviations are possible. At the Dr. Szalai Miklós Herbal Garden, visitors can taste tea made from various medicinal herbs.
