St. Trinity Church is one of the largest village churches in Thuringia. The Upper Mill in Herbsleben is a historic complex that is still in operation, complete with a weir, and is a regular destination for many visitors. The Herbsleben Local History Museum displays a model of the castle, which was demolished in 1958, as well as finds from the excavation of the castle ruins. The Rose Garden features almost 450 types and varieties of roses on a former factory site covering 18,000 m².
