In the center of Kirchboitzen, the annual Boitzer Markt is usually held on the first Wednesday in October; historically, it was known as the Sülzenmarkt. St. Michael’s Church is open daily from April 1 to October 31, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and also provides space for theater performances, art exhibitions, and readings.
