The 1,852-metre-long Maritime Mile runs along the Weser promenade and connects maritime monuments, historic ships, the museum harbour, Vegesack City Garden, the Utkiek viewpoint and the Overbeck Museum. More than 20 ships are permanently moored in the museum harbour, some of which can be visited.
