The Plague Chapel was built in 1651 in honour of Saints Sebastian and Roch. It was extensively renovated to mark its 350th anniversary.

St. James Church in Kempfing is the oldest building in Moosinning. It houses a seated wooden figure, 56 cm tall, dressed in an apostle’s robe and dating from around 1450.
