The Üchtelhausen farm museum has been open since 1992. One guided tour has the theme “Cooking” and offers insights into the domestic life of farming families in a village. Visits are possible for groups by arrangement and on annual activity days. The collection spans several centuries: it includes horseshoes from the Thirty Years’ War (1618–1648), a figure of Jesus dating from 1738 and flax heckles from 1844. These dated objects highlight different periods and complement the tour’s everyday-life perspective with tangible evidence from the collection.
