The Veitsberg Höhenweg is a circular hiking trail of about 16 kilometres. It passes through Ebensfeld and goes by the St. Veit Chapel, Dittersbrunn, Burgstall, the Küpser Linde, Kümmel, the Kümmelbach and Prächting. The route thus connects several named places in one loop and is a useful guide for anyone planning a longer hike.
A second, more precisely measured route is “Küpser Linde and Ansberg”: it starts in Dittersbrunn, is of moderate difficulty, takes three and a half hours and covers 10.1 kilometres. It is shorter than the approximately 16-kilometre loop; its stated duration and difficulty provide additional guidance for planning your day. The Keltenweg E starts at the hiking car park in Ebensfeld, goes via Ansberg and Kümmel, and runs around the Prächtinger Pferdchen. Alongside its viewpoints, the route also takes you through the forest to the burial mound field, among other places.

In it, Prince-Bishop Friedrich III of Aufseß granted general market rights; at the time, the village was allowed to hold a market three times a year.

The 14-kilometre Pfad der Flechtkultur experience trail connects Lichtenfels and Michelau on scenic paths through the Main floodplains. Along the route, 23 information boards cover the history and traditions of basket-making, the basket industry and basket trade along the Upper Main.
Near Oberwallenstadt, the trail includes a willow labyrinth for children, a willow shell at the river swimming area, a woven tipi at Ortswiesensee Oberwallenstadt and other woven artworks. The Lichtenfels town palace houses municipal collections on the history of beer and brewing, the railway and basket trading; exhibition content may change. These attractions belong to Lichtenfels and form a distinct regional theme.
