Experience orchards on a circular trail

East of Schöllkrippen, the Orchard Experience Trail passes through orchards and meadows. Its 14 stations explore the history of how orchards came about and have been used, and introduce typical plant and animal species. The topics are presented in a playful way: nature and cultural history are both at the heart of the trail, rather than it simply leading from one viewpoint to the next.

The circular trail is about two kilometres long. It starts above the Schützenhaus, by the Äbbelwoistammtisch Schöllkrippen’s site hut.
