The Sentier des Alouettes begins at Chemin sous le Fort in Feyzin. Bus route 60 provides access to the trail via the Sous le Fort stop.
The Sentier des Alouettes runs through a sensitive natural area on the Plateau des Grandes Terres. It takes its name from the bird species that breeds there most frequently: the skylark.
The route is an easy 5.3-kilometre circular trail with an elevation difference of 22 metres.

As a longer connection, the GR®169, a 170-kilometre long-distance hiking trail, ends at Feyzin railway station.

Le Glacis is a heritage centre that presents the history of Feyzin and its fort.

The fort’s moats are home to La Mini Ferme de Justin, an educational farm with miniature animals.

L’Épicerie Moderne is a concert venue in Feyzin with a capacity of up to 750 spectators and has held the SMAC label since 2018.
