Les Adrets combines a historic landmark with the alpine attractions around Prapoutel and Les 7 Laux. The Église Saint-André is the oldest building in the municipality of Les Adrets. It has been mentioned since the 11th century and was rebuilt in 1840; its original bell tower was preserved in the process. Inside are a wooden Christ from the 15th century, a Madonna and Child from the 18th century, modern stained-glass windows and a contemporary Stations of the Cross.

Belledonne Outdoor offers seven adventure courses in the forest of Les 7 Laux in the Belledonne massif, catering to different levels of difficulty. In Prapoutel, outdoor activities available in summer include an outdoor pool, mini-golf, archery, disc golf, orienteering courses, mountain biking, Trot’rX and numerous hiking routes.
In winter, Prapoutel is a starting point for snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and alpine skiing. Snowshoe trails start at the three locations of the Les 7 Laux resort: Prapoutel, Pipay and Le Pleynet. Guided snowshoe tours in Les 7 Laux may include observing fox and chamois tracks in the Belledonne massif.
Geographical location
Belledonne Outdoor is located in Prapoutel in the Les 7 Laux resort, approximately 35 kilometres from Grenoble and approximately 45 kilometres from Chambéry. The park can be reached on foot in about two minutes from the car park near VVF Villages. The route from Grenoble to Prapoutel follows the A41 to Brignoud, then the D250 through Les Adrets and, from the Col des Ayes, the D281. Prapoutel is situated at an altitude of 1,350 metres on the western side of the Les 7 Laux resort.
Nature
The hike from Prapoutel to Lac de la Jasse is an 8-kilometre circular route that reaches an altitude of 1,861 metres. It is a family-friendly route from Prapoutel to a mountain lake; the ascent can be made easier, particularly by taking the chairlift. Below the Dôme des Oudis, Lac de la Jasse offers a picnic setting surrounded by meadows.
