The Chapelle Notre-Dame-des-Roses dates from the 10th century, stands on a former Gallo-Roman settlement site, and is the oldest building in Callian. The Notre-Dame de l'Assomption church was built in 1685; its bell tower features glazed tiles, and it also has restored 19th-century stained-glass windows, retables, and religious artworks.

The Circuit patrimoine de Callian links the medieval Château, the spiral lanes, the Chapelle des Pénitents, the Lavoir Saint-Roch, La Cascade, and the Notre-Dame de l'Assomption church. The Chapelle Saint-Donat is a pilgrimage and place of devotion with votive offerings; festive events and pilgrimages have been documented there since 1517.
