Venette is home to the Église Saint-Martin de Venette. It was rebuilt in the mid-16th century and contains numerous structural elements from the 12th and 13th centuries. Its tower combines a lower section from the 13th century with an openwork Gothic spire from the 15th century and reaches a height of 40 metres.

History
The hexagonal dovecote in Venette was built at the end of the 17th century by Benedictine monks from the Abbey of Saint-Corneille and has been listed in the inventory of historic monuments since 20 June 1946. The dovecote was restored in 1985.

The V.A.L. and its “Histoire et Mémoires de Venette” workshop organise the European Heritage Days in Venette every year. The programme includes a tour of the church and the opening of the bell tower, offering panoramic views and explanations about the local heritage. Tours of the CAVDAL cellars beneath the community centre are also included in the programme.
The gardens of the Maison InterGénération in Venette include an open-air theatre where various events take place.
