Saint-Quentin: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

Culture

The Basilica of Saint-Quentin was built from the late 12th to the late 15th century at the burial site of the martyr Quentin. It features a 260-metre-long historic labyrinth set into the flooring of the nave. A panoramic tour at sunset leads up more than 200 steps to the heights of the Basilica of Saint-Quentin and offers views over the city.

Anyone considering Saint-Quentin as a travel destination may wish to rent a holiday apartment.

The Musée Antoine Lécuyer regularly hosts art history lectures, concerts and exhibitions.

The Musée des Papillons presents its collection in a completely redesigned display that combines historical, biological and cultural-historical information. The collection, which is more than a century old, is regularly expanded with new specimens.

Saint-Quentin Town Hall features 173 imaginative sculptures on its finely crafted façade. A guided tour of the Hôtel de Ville de Saint-Quentin includes the Flamboyant Gothic façade, the 16th-century wedding hall and the Art Deco council chamber. The building can be visited free of charge year-round as part of the Art Deco audio-guide tour; the audio guide is available from the Office de Tourisme du Saint-Quentinois for €2 per device.
