The Sainte-Anne Chapel dates back to the 12th century and has a rectangular nave that ends in a small structure containing the sanctuary. A lake lies beside it.

Culture and history
The Saint-Georges-le-Gaultier viaduct was built in 1913 for a railway line. Construction of this line was interrupted during the First World War and was never completed.
The Chapelle de l'Auberdière is located a few hundred metres from Niaufles and is only a few square metres in size. The Saint-Georges-le-Gaultier washhouse was restored in the early 2000s and retains an impressive valve system.
Paths and landmarks
The «La croix à coquilles» circular trail is a 7 km hiking route of moderate difficulty, with a stated duration of 2 hours. It starts in the town centre at Saint-Georges-le-Gaultier's church square and passes over the viaduct, where bungee jumping is practised. The route runs 60% on unpaved paths and 40% on its own track bed.
The Croix à coquilles bears five engraved scallop shells. It presumably served as a waymarker for pilgrims travelling to Santiago de Compostela or Mont-Saint-Michel.
Water and fishing
The Étang de Saint-Georges-le-Gaultier is a second-category fishing pond. It has a fishing platform adapted for people with reduced mobility.
