Culture and History
The Chapelle de la Cassine in Bonchamp-lès-Laval was entered into the supplementary inventory of historic monuments by decree on 9 January 1926. The present-day Sainte-Blaise Church was built in the Romanesque style.
Les Angenoises offers an annual cultural programme featuring theatre, music, choral singing, dance and performances for children. The cultural centre includes a media library, the Capucine multi-service childcare facility, the Bonchamp branch of the Agglomération conservatory, as well as rooms for meetings, theatre and visual arts. The Océane event hall at Les Angenoises has 750 seats.

Geographical Setting
The Église Saint-Martin, a historic site, is located near Bonchamp-lès-Laval. The Abbaye de la Coudre and the Abbaye Notre-Dame du Port du Salut, both monasteries, are also located nearby. Further afield in the region around Bonchamp-lès-Laval lies the Abbaye de Clermont, which is also a monastery.
