The La Pierre de l’Écuelle Trail is an 11.5-kilometre, moderately difficult circular walking route lasting 3.5 hours, starting and ending in Saint-Crespin-sur-Moine. La Pierre de l’Écuelle is also an impressive rock at the centre of a local legend about the fairy Mélusine. There are picnic tables and a fishing jetty along the circular route.

Culture

The Chapelle des Écluseaux dates from the late 12th and early 13th centuries. It houses a polychrome stone Pietà bearing traces of rifle shots from the Revolutionary period; Christ’s feet were reconstructed in wood.

The Maison du Mineur et des Énergies is located in a former mine supervisor’s house built in 1954.
