Saint-Germain-Dʼaunay: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

Saint-Germain-Dʼaunay features historic architecture in flint and sandstone: the Manoir du Bois Hébert is located nearby. Its pavilion is a rare example of a chequerboard construction made of flint and sandstone dating from the early 16th century, and is flanked by a corner oriel turret. The façades and roofs of the pavilion were partially listed as a historic monument by a decree dated 17 July 1992.

Culture

The Church of Saint-Germain-l'Auxerrois in Saint-Germain-Dʼaunay is built from flint with brick cladding. It houses a 14th-century Vierge à l'Enfant, which is classified as an object among the historic monuments. The parish church also preserves a door with napkin-fold decoration dating from the late 15th or early 16th century. During extensive work on the parish church at the beginning of the 19th century, a post bearing the year 1816 was replaced in front of the west wall.

At the 2025 Horse Festival, Haras des Arts opened its grounds to visitors. Visitors could explore the site, meet the owner, Clémentine Leclercq, and pet and brush the ponies. Haras des Arts offers riding lessons in Normandy for various needs and for riders of all ability levels.
