The Château de Parigny is partially protected as a historic monument. This protection includes the façades and roofs, a staircase with a wooden balustrade, the decorated salon, the billiards room on the ground floor, and the dovecote. It was listed on 26 April 1976.

The château also contains structural elements dating from the 15th century and well-preserved turrets with conical roofs, known as poivrières; it has been protected as a historic monument since 1976. The oldest parts of Notre-Dame Church in Parigny date from the 14th and 15th centuries. The church contains a reliquary altar dedicated to Saint-Berthevin.

The privately owned Château de Parigny could be visited in summer from mid-June to mid-July, as well as during the Journées du Patrimoine in September.

Hiking

The hiking trail network in Parigny includes the Chemin de la Renouillère. There are picnic areas along the hiking trails, where visitors can meet local producers. The trails also offer panoramic views of the Sélune Valley.

The Grande boucle parignaise in Grandparigny is a 16.5-kilometre circular hiking trail marked in yellow, with an elevation gain of 205 metres. The moderately difficult route takes around four hours. It runs along rue Saint-Berthevin (RD 977) and chemin rural du Champ Fleury.

The hiking trails in Parigny run along the former railway line and pass the site of the former railway station. They also pass the Lavoir de la Douenne. Along the trails, visitors can discover an outdoor art gallery.

Grandparigny is crossed by a former railway line that has now been developed into the Véloscénie cycle route, connecting Paris with Mont-Saint-Michel.
