The Manoir de la Motte comprises the manor house and the former seigneurial tithe barn in their entirety. The manor house was built as a fortified manor after 1496. In the lower sections of its towers and in the basement, it features defensive elements in the form of loopholes with double splaying.
The façades and roofs of the Manoir de la Fromentière were partially listed as a Historic Monument by an order dated 12 May 1976.
The tithe barn of La Motte dates from the 16th century. Its walls combine dressed stone elements, including quoins and buttresses, with polychrome brick in cross-band patterns.
The church of Saint-Mards-de-Fresne also dates from the 14th century. Its roof framework was altered in the 16th century. Above the entrance to the choir is a remarkable rood beam dating from the 17th century.
