The Saint-Gaud Church houses a painted and gilded terracotta altarpiece from the former church of Saint-Germain-des-Angles. It depicts scenes from the life of the Virgin Mary. The church also contains a stone Pietà from the 17th century.

Culture and History
The preserved medieval postern gate bears engraved coats of arms and is the only surviving remnant of Normanville’s former castle. The later Normanville Castle was demolished again in 1982.
In Caër, the parish church lost its function during the Revolution. In Caër, Justine and her brother founded the Congrégation de la Providence. Its task was to educate children, especially girls from rural areas, and care for abandoned sick people.

The “Normanville” cheese was named after the municipality of Normanville because the milk used to make it comes from Norman farms, most of which are located in the Eure département. “Normanville” is a raw-milk cheese matured on straw from the Brie family.

The N154 and the departmental roads D52 and D155 pass through Normanville. The town’s leisure facilities include a library, among others.
