Culture
Arcisse de Caumont dates the Église Saint-Germain to the 12th century. Its floor plan is in the shape of a Latin cross and comprises a nave, transept, bell tower, northern sacristy and a flat-ended chancel. The tower and the chancel interiors were remodelled in 1775, and the altarpiece was installed in 1704.
The southern side altar of the Église Saint-Germain contains a painting of Saint Germain set into the altarpiece. The painting in the southern side chapel was created between 1850 and 1859 and is listed as a protected movable object. Next to the church stands a cemetery cross dating from the first quarter of the 19th century. The cemetery also contains the tomb of François-Antoine Cacqueret, commemorating the former prior of Plessis Grimoult and parish priest of Vieux-Fumé, who died in 1829.
The Château du Mesnil-d'O is made of stone; the estate includes an orangery and an 18th-century chapel. The protected parts include the façades and roofs of the château and orangery, the staircase with its wrought-iron railing, and decorated rooms on the ground floor. The Château du Mesnil-d'O is visible from the road and can be visited by prior arrangement.
Inside, there is a mural executed between 1740 and 1750, comprising five paintings with scenes from the Iliad. The painting “Achille tue Hector” depicts a scene from the Iliad.

The circular hiking trail “Le Laizon entre Vieux-Fumé et Ouezy” begins at the church in Vieux-Fumé and follows lightly trafficked roads and paths.
