The present-day Château Launay was built in 1850 during the reign of Napoleon III on the site of an older feudal castle surrounded by moats. Château Launay is a guesthouse at 5 Rue des Écoles. The Manoir de Montfreule, a 16th-century half-timbered manor house, is also part of the historic local landscape. It is barely visible from the road.
There are four châteaux in the surroundings of Méry-Corbon: Château de Canon, Château de Coupigny, Château du Mont-à-la-Vigne and Château de Cricqueville-en-Auge.

The Ferme des Pâtis in Méry-Corbon welcomes visitors for an afternoon stay and presents dairy products made from the milk of its own cows, with the milk processed on site. It also offers three educational workshops: on the life of the cow and milk processing, the fauna of the river, and the farm environment.
