At Blonville-sur-Mer beach, concrete ramps at Rue Lechanteur and Rue Leclerc provide access for people with reduced mobility; a free Tiralo amphibious beach wheelchair is available at Lifeguard Station 1. Small wooden walkways line the beach and run alongside a children's club and a sailing club.

The beach can be reached via Rue de Hoinville, Rue Louise, Rue Laforge, Boulevard Marcelle Lechanteur, Rue Pierre Jacquot, Rue Chevalier and Avenue Michel d’Ornano. There is free parking on the access roads and their side streets. The section of beach on Rue Charles Laforge in front of Lifeguard Station 1 is supervised from 1 July to 31 August.

Grey and pink shrimp, sand eels, cockles, soft-shell clams, scallops, tellins, razor clams and other shellfish can be found along the coast of Blonville-sur-Mer.

Nature

The Marais de Blonville-Villers lies between Villers-sur-Mer and Blonville-sur-Mer. It covers 110 hectares of wet meadows, canals and ditches and is a freshwater marshland fed by surface runoff from four natural drainage basins.

The Marais de Blonville-Villers is classified as a “Zone Naturelle d’Intérêt Faunistique et Floristique” (Natural Area of Ecological, Faunistic and Floristic Interest). Around 40 hectares of the Marais de Blonville-Villers are partly protected by the Conservatoire du littoral. More than 150 bird species find shelter, food and resting places there.

The Marais de Blonville-Villers is free and open to the public all year round.

Culture

The Chapelle Notre-Dame de l’Assomption combines modern construction techniques and materials with the inspiration of medieval cathedral builders. It contains frescoes painted on the cement walls between 1960 and 1962.

The Notre-Dame de la Visitation church in Blonville-Terre has an almost thousand-year history; part of its bell tower dates from the 12th century. The bases of the bell tower and choir are considered the oldest parts of the Notre-Dame de la Visitation church; they date from the 11th and 13th centuries. The association for the Notre-Dame de la Visitation church offers guided tours in summer.

Hiking

The “Mer, marais, église de Blonville Terre” route is a very easy 8-km hiking trail lasting approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes. It starts at Blonville-sur-Mer Tourisme and leads to the Notre-Dame de la Visitation church in Blonville-Terre.
