Beuvron-en-Auge: Holiday apartments and holiday homes

The Espace des Métiers d’Art is located in the former village school of Beuvron-en-Auge and comprises several workshops. Place Michel Vermughen is the central point of Beuvron-en-Auge and offers a comprehensive view of the village. The village’s history also includes Saint-Martin Church, built in 1640 and home to an 18th-century high altar, as well as the market halls. They were restored using traditional building techniques and old materials from neighbouring farms.

The former Auberge de la Boule d’Or in Rue d’Ornano is an 18th-century building. The Manoir de la Hogue is classified as a Monument historique; the manor on Avenue de la Gare is also classified as a Monument historique. Haras de Sens breeds French trotters.

Nature and trails

The Chapelle de Clermont can be reached via a footpath lined with centuries-old beech trees. A circular route from Beuvron-en-Auge leads to this chapel and climbs through the surrounding landscape. The Chapelle de Clermont also contains a stone altar dating from the 11th century.

For cycling, there is an easy 21-kilometre circular cycling tour from Beuvron-en-Auge. It passes through the green countryside to the Chapelle des Forges de Clermont.

Festivals

On the Route du Cidre, visitors come into direct contact with cider producers and their Norman expertise. The Beuvron-en-Auge tourist office helps visitors choose producers offering guided tours along the Route du Cidre and confirm the route.

The events calendar includes the annual Fête des Géraniums, which celebrates geraniums and the gardeners who cultivate them. The recurring Fête du cidre includes apple pressing and a market selling regional produce in Beuvron-en-Auge.
