The Château d’Ablon comprises a corner tower dating from the late 15th century, a dovecote from the early 16th century, a main building dating from 1767 and a pavilion from 1845. Parts of the Château d’Ablon are protected as a historic monument: the château was partially listed in 1990 and partially classified in 1994. It is privately owned.
Culture
The Calvaire at the Cinq Chemins crossroads was built from granite in 1875 and crowned with a figure of Christ. The Church of Saint-Pierre-ès-Liens contains a monolithic cylindrical baptismal font, probably dating from the late 12th century. Its sanctuary and south wall were probably rebuilt at the end of the 15th century; the church was given a polygonal ambulatory and Flamboyant-style windows at that time.
Bonne-Nouvelle is a white-stone statue of the Virgin and Child in a small garden overlooking the Orange. It stands on a flint pedestal. The Church of Crémanville formerly stood at the site of Bonne-Nouvelle.

History
The former dynamite factory in Ablon was built between 1875 and 1878, began production in June 1879 and ceased operations in 1988 following an accident. The former Church of Crémanville was destroyed after Napoleon decided in 1809 to merge Crémanville with Ableville.
The former manor house of the Fief de Bailleul was destroyed in 1858 during the construction of the railway; surviving sections of wall indicate its location. The former Nobel site was connected to the railway and included powder magazines, which are described as surviving remains.
The hamlet of Hameau de la Guérie preserves many older buildings despite the former railway line. La Hêtraie is an aligned stand of trees planted in the last century at Saint Nicol, next to the former Nobel factory.
Landscape
The Morelle Valley is narrow, with wooded, steep slopes, hedgerows, riverside trees and wooded valley floors forming an intimate bocage landscape. During walks in Ablon, you pass through picturesque hamlets and the Morelle Valley; when climbing to the plateau, views open up over the Seine estuary.
