The Circuit du Lissourgues is an easy, 8.7 km-long hiking trail starting from Sauzet, with a walking time of 2 hours 30 minutes. It passes through a contrasting landscape featuring a dry plateau and valleys crossed by streams, allowing hikers to discover watermills, dry-stone walls and dry-stone huts.

The Hôtel-Restaurant Auberge de la Tour is located in part of the former castle of Sauzet. The rooms are accessed via a 13th-century spiral staircase.
