Culture
The Église Saint-Jacques-le-Majeur stands in the town and is classified as a historic monument. Its main construction phases span the 12th, 13th, 14th and 16th centuries; the nave contains stained-glass windows from the 16th century.
The Musée du Patrimoine Agricole et Automobile de Salviac presents more than 350 tractors, 150 cars and utility vehicles, 200 two-wheelers, and around 1,000 pieces and objects across 8,000 m².
The Jardin Médiéval du Barry is a medieval-style garden in the heart of Salviac. It includes areas for crops, medicinal plants, cut flowers, as well as aromatic, dye and textile plants.
The Atelier-Musée Les Vieilles Horloges de Salviac displays a collection of clocks dating from the 12th century to the present day. Guided tours, activities focused on the restoration and recommissioning of clocks, and educational workshops are offered there.

Trails and activities
The Quercy Outdoor trail network comprises 16 routes classified by difficulty, starting at bases including Salviac. The Quercy Outdoor mountain-bike network consists of nine circuits ranging from 12 to 110 kilometres, with departures from the Salviac base; the bases also have bicycle repair and washing stations. Salviac is one of Quercy Outdoor’s main starting bases and provides access to the free Quercy Outdoor app.
Salviac is a pilgrims’ stage on the Way of St. James from Rocamadour. A stage of the GR®652, approximately 26 kilometres long, passes through oak and chestnut forests, meadows and valleys before reaching Salviac.
