The Point de vue de Saint-Géry viewpoint offers panoramic views over the Lot Valley and the limestone cliffs. The À Vercinge(to)ry route leads through the green, unspoilt Vers Valley and across the Causse; from its elevated position, it offers panoramic views of Saint-Géry and the Lot Valley.
Culture and History
The Croix de Dilhac in Saint-Géry was probably erected in 1777; it was a place for rogation processions and religious celebrations to protect crops and animals.
The Musée ferroviaire de Saint-Géry is located in a former goods station and displays historic railway equipment, signals, tools, posters and photographs, as well as an HO-scale model railway with more than 100 metres of track on three levels. It offers free self-guided visits. In the park next to the museum, there is a 450-metre-long track on which a small train is pulled by either a steam locomotive or a locomotive.
The Cathédrale Saint-Étienne church and the Archives départementales du Lot archive are located in the area around Saint-Géry.
