The “Découverte des hameaux de la vallée de l’Arbas” mountain bike trail runs through Chein-Dessus. The route is 14,974 metres long and passes through the municipalities of Arbas, Castelbiague, Chein-Dessus and Montastruc-de-Salies.
The La Palombière Flow Trail is a blue enduro mountain bike trail measuring 3 km in length, with banked turns, tables, jumps, a road gap and a natural bottleneck. It is also an official circuit of Cagire Garonne Salat; a printed topoguide is available at the reception desks of the tourist offices.

Cavalcagire is an equestrian centre in Chein-Dessus and offers horseback rides between the Central Pyrenees and the Val d’Aran in Spain.
Getting There
Cavalcagire can be reached via exit 20 of the A64, via Salies and Mane towards Saint-Girons, and then onwards towards Arbas.
