Nailloux combines distinctive traces of its local history with paths and Lac de la Thésauque. The Église Saint-Martin has a brick façade, two octagonal turrets and a bell gable typical of the Lauragais, which evolved from medieval forms. Its bell tower was listed as a historic monument by decree of 18 November 1926.

Another route, The Two Royal Bastides, passes the Église Saint-Martin and the market hall of Nailloux before continuing towards Saint-Méen.
At Lac de la Thésauque, wetland birds such as coots and mallards can be observed, as well as turtles and grey herons.
