The Pont de Galinières bridge over the Ruisseau de la Serre in Pierrefiche was listed as a Monument historique on 10 June 2024. The fortified grange of Galinières was dependent on Bonneval Cistercian Abbey and was first mentioned in 1163. The complex includes a sheepfold whose buildings are characterised by arches between the cross walls.

Culture
Château de Galinières is a former monastic grange of Bonneval Abbey and combines military, religious and civil architecture. Part of the château is accessible year-round to groups by prior reservation or during guided tours organised in summer. When the owners are present, an exhibition about the Cistercian abbeys of Rouergue and their possessions from the Revolution to the present day is housed in the basement of the keep.
The Église de Pierrefiche d’Olt is listed as a Monument historique. It dates from the 12th century and is dedicated to Saint Peter. In 1177, Bishop Hugues de Rodez handed the church over to Bonneval Cistercian Abbey; a more recent restoration highlighted its Romanesque choir. On the edge of the plateau, it stands on the site of what was probably an earlier priory.
Nature
At the Trou du Souci, part of the Ruisseau de la Serre disappears underground at the foot of Pierrefiche before the stream flows into the Lot at Sainte-Eulalie-d’Olt. The Sentier de Galinières offers a panorama over the Serre valley.
Trails
The Sentier de Pierrefiche – le chemin de Bellevue is 9.8 km long; the estimated duration is 3 hours. The route is also designated for mountain biking and can likewise be started in Pierrefiche. It reaches a viewpoint overlooking the Saint-Geniez basin and the Aubrac Mountains, as well as a wayside cross dating from 1764.
The Sentier de Galinières is 13 km long, with an estimated walking time of 4 hours and 30 minutes. The Galinières trail begins at the Place de l’église in Pierrefiche; a car park is indicated there. The Sentier de Galinières leads to the fortified farm complex of Galinières. The hiking trail also leads to the Jasse de Montbez, a Causse-style sheepfold.
