The circular route Le long de la Serène runs partly along quiet minor roads and wooded paths beside the Serène. The municipality offers a total of six circular hiking routes.

Culture
The Festival du livre et de la bande dessinée de La Fouillade has taken place every year at the end of July since 1997. Around 50 authors of books and comics take part in each edition.
The Chapelle de Souloumiac houses frescoes by the Russian-born painter Nicolaï Greschny. The parish church in Arcanhac contains a reliquary monstrance classified as a protected object. The Pont du Bouscal bridge over the Serène was restored at the end of 2010.
Culinary Delights
The Chocolaterie du Nouveau Monde offers guided tours of its workshops for processing cocoa beans and its laboratory for developing its products. The guided tour is followed by a tasting with a hot drink. The guided tour lasts between 1 hour 30 minutes and 2 hours.
The summer market in La Fouillade takes place weekly at Place de la Mairie.
