Culture
The Croix de la Roussarie is a monumental wayside cross dating from the 15th century and has been protected as a historic monument since 1928. Near the church is a well-preserved 17th-century oratory. A large oratory in Curières was decorated with a marble cross by the nuns of Bonneval. The Church of Saint-Pierre-ès-Liens is considered the “Cathedral of the Mountain”.
Nature
The 30 m-high Cascade du Devèz is located in the Roquette-Bonneval state forest. Two hiking routes allow visitors to explore the Cascade du Devèz.
Hiking
The municipality provides a plan for three hikes passing through Curières; it can be found on the road to Devez next to the public garden. The hike to the Croix du Pal is a challenging, 15.1 km circular route starting in Curières. The route to the Croix du Pal follows a marked GR de Pays trail and leads to an iron cross on a granite monolith.
Cuisine
The Brasserie du Cantou offers tours and tastings throughout the year by reservation. It produces craft-brewed beers and lemonades in Curières. The range also includes craft-brewed beer.
