History
The Chapelle Saint-Hubert was classified as a historic monument by decree on June 13, 1913.
The Couvent des Capucins was founded in 1627 by Christine de Croy, Princess of Salm and wife of François II, Duke of Lorraine. Apart from the wrought-iron portal, virtually nothing remains of the monastery.
The Porte Bazin is now the only recognizable trace of Charmes' former city gates.
The Maison du Chaldron, also known as the Maison des Loups, is a Renaissance building where the Treaty of Charmes was signed in 1633 by Cardinal Richelieu and Charles IV.
The Église Saint-Nicolas was completed in 1493. Outside of services, it can be visited independently using a leaflet available at the entrance.
Haut du Mont can be visited independently as part of a self-guided tour; only the outdoor areas are accessible. An orientation panel at Haut du Mont shows the troop movements during the battles of the First World War.

The Écomusée du Battant features a hydroelectric power station, a sawmill, and a mechanical workshop that are still in operation.
The Conservatoire du Patrimoine de Charmes offers books, exhibitions, and information about Charmes and its surroundings.

The “Circuit entre vignes et clochers” trail starts at the parking lot of the Les Iles campsite in Charmes. As a panoramic hiking trail, it offers views of the Moselle Valley, the blue Vosges skyline, the Sion hill, and the Saintois.
