Nature
Near Harreberg lies Geisterfelsen, a rocky escarpment made of pink Vosges sandstone. Also nearby, Rocher des Corbeaux offers beautiful views over the Ententhal Valley. The Vosges Mosellanes feature deep valleys and picturesque rocky cliffs made of pink rock.
Hiking
The Circuit sur les versants de la rivière Zorn between Harreberg and Dabo is a 16.5-kilometre circular trail with a duration of approximately six hours. As a hiking route, it focuses on cultural, nature-oriented and family-friendly aspects.
Culinary Experiences
The Distillerie de la Quintessence was founded in Harreberg in 2012. In Harreberg, the Distillerie de la Quintessence sells spirits directly from the distillery and offers free tours with product tastings.
History
On 9 November 1723, Charles Reinhardt, Count of Linange-Dabo, granted glassmakers Gaspard GERARD and Samuel MOSER from Troisfontaines permission to build a glassworks in Harreberg. From 1723 onwards, glassblowing families came to Harreberg. Harreberg also has Gallo-Roman remains in the form of fragments of stelae.
