History
The German military cemetery of Féy is a First World War cemetery. The cemetery is the final resting place of 2,006 German soldiers from the First World War, including 500 unidentified soldiers. The cemetery was established in 1922 after the 1914–1918 war as a concentration cemetery.
In the 17th and 18th centuries, Féy was inhabited mainly by winegrowers.

Wine
The Domaine Sommy winery covers 3 hectares and produces 15,000 bottles per year. In 1995, Bernard Grandidier decided to revive a vineyard on the hillside of Féy near his fields.
