The Mas de l’Age is open to the public and can be enjoyed for walking, sports activities and discovering its animal and plant life.
The Jardin à oiseaux was created in 1999 to accommodate as many birds as possible. To this end, various plantings were established around hedges and around seed-bearing or flowering trees. During a visit, you can discover a pedunculate oak trimmed into the shape of a cloud and an unusual elf hut.
The Circuit des cavaliers is a 12-kilometre route lasting approximately three hours, starting at the racecourse.

Culture and history
The Église Sainte-Marie-Madeleine in Couzeix was built in the Romanesque style in the 11th century and altered in the 15th century.
The Chapelle Saint-Martin was built in 1789 and has an unusual triangular roof extending down to the ground. It is listed in the catalogue of historic monuments, is normally not open to the public and can be visited during regularly organised tours.
The Château du Mas de l’Age is a former feudal castle with moats and ponds, documented in written sources since 1407.
Horse racing and events
The Hippodrome de Texonnieras has a 2,000-metre grass track for flat racing, a 1,300-metre sand track for trotting and covered 19th-century grandstands. Numerous activities and three annual competitions take place there throughout the year. The Hippodrome de Texonnieras is considered one of France’s oldest racecourses and the only racecourse on the outskirts of Limoges.

The closed Artothèque régionale du Limousin museum is located in the immediate vicinity of Couzeix. The FRAC-Artothèque Nouvelle-Aquitaine museum is located near Couzeix. The historic site of the Abbaye de Boeuil and the Cathédrale Saint-Étienne, a church, are also located nearby.
