In the old centre of Meyssac, the fortified church of Saint Vincent et Saint Roch dominates the townscape. The Maison Verdès is a 16th-century residence with a façade tower and an elaborately decorated door. The Tor de la Voussée, one of the former gates of Meyssac's fortified complex, is still recognisable.
