Culture and History
The Château de La Roque-sur-Cèze was built in the 12th century. At the summit of La Roque-sur-Cèze, there is also a Romanesque chapel dedicated to Saint Michael.

The Cascades du Sautadet have been classified as a nature area since 1993. Below the Cascades du Sautadet, there is a beach on the Cèze.

Getting Around the Village
La Roque-sur-Cèze can only be visited on foot. Parking spaces are located after crossing the Pont Charles-Martel, which is classified as a historic monument.
There is a single car park at the foot of the village, approximately 300 metres from the Cascades du Sautadet.
In summer, several guided tours of La Roque-sur-Cèze are organised.
Activities
Mountain bike circuit No. 7, “Villages et Cascades du Sautadet”, passes through La Roque-sur-Cèze and is almost 30 kilometres long.
