The Église Saint-Sernin in Pouzols-Minervois has been classified as a French historic monument since 4 December 1961. Its three apse windows feature a strongly pronounced black Lombard decorative band. The church’s main construction phases date from the 11th, 12th, 14th and 19th centuries.

The Petite Caminade hiking trail passes through vineyards and pine forests and follows sections of the historic Camin Romieu. A detour from the trail leads to the Cabane du Romieu. Several information panels there explain the history of the Camin Romieu and its significance as part of the GR78 route, the Chemin du Piémont Pyrénéen.
