The Église Saint-Aubin was built in several phases from the late 11th to the 16th century. It combines Romanesque, Early Gothic, and Renaissance architecture; its Romanesque bell tower dates from the 12th century. The Église Saint-Aubin in Ennery was classified as a historic monument in 1911.

The history of the Église Saint-Aubin includes a mausoleum created by Jean Houdon and commissioned by the wife and daughter of Victor Thérèse Charpentier d’Ennery.
