The parish church of Mouroux was founded in the 13th century. The Église Saint-Rémi in Mouroux also dates from the 13th century; it was remodeled several times between the 14th and 19th centuries. Its furnishings include a 16th-century altarpiece decorated with a painting of the baptism of Clovis. The parish of Mouroux also owns a chalice that Empress Eugénie presented to the parish in 1863.
