Every year on 1 May, a festival with a country feast takes place in Aghione in honour of Saint Philip. The present-day building of the Église Saint-Philippe d'Aghione dates from around 1850. The church was rebuilt on an earlier place of worship and completely restored in 1896.
The remains of the Puzzichellu baths in Aghione are a destination for excursions. Their ruins preserve traces of a flourishing era of antiquity.
